Description

You will drive the transformation of Enterprise Technology at Peloton, acting as Chief of Staff for the CIO to bridge strategy and execution. You will lead the PMO, manage the monthly business review process, develop the tech roadmap, and foster a culture of strategic partnership across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Technical Program Management
• Proven track record building and scaling a PMO with multi-million dollar budgets
• Familiarity with global business technology needs including manufacturing and warehousing
• Understanding of AI and automation integration into business workflows
• Exceptional executive-level reporting and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Technology PMO to oversee cross-functional initiatives
• Build and manage the ET Monthly Business Review process and track KPIs
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Tech Roadmap with CIO and ET leadership
• Act as Relationship Manager and Integration Advisor for business units
• Manage projected spend for CIO organization and track budget savings
