💼 About This Role

You'll lead and support the JV softball team at Eastern High School, ensuring academic and athletic success. Coach your team to a winning record while recruiting a full team and ensuring academic eligibility. This role also includes offseason training and in-season tutoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support the team throughout the entire season
• Recruit a full team by the first day of the season
• Coach the team to a winning record and postseason play
• Ensure all players are academically eligible and successful

📋 Requirements

• Previous successful coaching experience
• Knowledge of high-quality coaching tactics and drills
• Knowledge of MHSAA & LSD rules and policies
• CPR Certification and first aid training

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate
• Successful NCAA athletic career
