You'll plan and execute high-impact events for General Catalyst Institute and investor-led gatherings, from policy dinners to large-scale summits. You'll manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute policy dinners, roundtables, and networking events
• Manage venue selection, vendor management, and guest communications
• Support large-scale summits and third-party event activations
• Maintain event documents, budgets, and post-event reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in-office 3 days/week and support evening events
