💼 About This Role

You'll deliver quality hair color services and consultations at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Your core impact is helping guests find their best color and executing flawless services while driving sales. This role offers base pay plus commissions and tips.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all menu services including shampooing, styling, and chemical services
• Attend to guest needs, recommend products, and maintain on-time bookings
• Contribute to monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards are met

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in applicable state
• 1+ year of colorist experience in a salon
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

• Experience with training or mentoring assistant colorists
• Familiarity with Madison Reed products
