You'll lead delivery of autonomous maritime systems for a defense technology company, owning end-to-end outcomes from user terminal to robot. You'll drive architecture and deployment of MOSA-compliant systems to combat communication-denied environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer success through multi-year roadmap design
• Design and build MOSA-compliant systems and data models
• Develop frontend and backend for orchestration engine
• Deploy software to constrained maritime hardware

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, CS, or related field
• Leadership experience in high-performing tech organization
• Extensive software engineering experience with systems and application programming
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems
