๐ผ About This Role
You'll guide customers through their security and compliance journeys using Vanta's platform, combining customer-centric approach with product expertise. You'll drive retention and growth for a book of ~50 mid-market accounts and become a trusted advisor on security compliance. You'll work with a cross-functional team to shape product strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead post-sales activities including onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
- Manage a book of ~50 customer accounts (401-2000 employees).
- Partner with Account Managers on renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the customer's point of contact and drive business outcomes.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
- Exposure to C-level executives and building trusted relationships.
- Ability to be nimble and agile in a shifting-priority environment.
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and interact with technical customers.
