🎯 What You'll Do

• Write clean, reusable code using TDD and pair programming
• Advocate for continuous delivery practices
• Create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices
• Mentor less-experienced peers

📋 Requirements

• At least 7 years of full stack experience using Python/Nodejs + React
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming
• Comfort with Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, or Kanban
• Good awareness of TDD, CI/CD approaches and tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
• External tech community presence (speaking, open source, blogs)
