💼 About This Role

You'll own the design across two areas of Betr's app: the customer experience layer (sign-up, identity, account, payments) and gaming products (Social Casino and Arcade). You'll shape features from discovery to launch, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and contribute to the design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features from discovery through launch with wireframes, mocks, and prototypes.
• Translate user research and data into defensible design decisions.
• Design both trust-building CX flows and engaging gaming UI.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system components and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to design complex multi-step flows like onboarding and transactions.
• Experience shipping on mobile (iOS or Android).
• Solid Figma skills including components, variables, and prototypes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with gaming, entertainment, or high-engagement consumer apps.
• Background in fintech, payments, or KYC/identity flows.
• Exposure to front-end code.
