💼 About This Role

You'll lead Product-Led Growth strategy for SignNow, owning the full user funnel from onboarding to retention. You'll design and analyze A/B tests to drive measurable outcomes and collaborate with engineering on high-impact experiments. Stand out by shaping growth initiatives across a global user base of 28 million.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the full product user funnel: onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, expansion.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities using data, funnels, cohorts, and segmentation.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests using no-code tools or engineering collaboration.
• Drive UX and behavioral improvements based on user psychology and quantitative signals.

📋 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of product management experience with a growth or experimentation focus.
• Proven experience driving growth for B2C SaaS PLG products.
• Hands-on experience with conversion funnel optimization including diagnosing drop-offs.
• Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation with hypothesis formulation and analysis.
