💼 About This Role

You'll build sophisticated detection systems and automated response capabilities to protect Writer's AI infrastructure. You'll lead incident response coordination across teams and hunt for sophisticated threats in GPU clusters and distributed training environments. This role combines hands-on security engineering with strategic thinking to defend cutting-edge AI/AGI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design detection strategies for AI-specific threats like prompt injection and model extraction.
• Build automated response playbooks and orchestration workflows.
• Lead incident response coordination across all teams.
• Hunt for sophisticated threats across GPU clusters and training infrastructure.
• Build detection-as-code frameworks with version control.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response.
• Strong programming skills in Python, KQL, SPL, or similar.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, detection technologies, and forensic investigation.
• Self-directed execution mindset with track record of securing high-value IP.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience securing AI/ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with adversarial ML techniques.
• Knowledge of GPU cluster security.
