You'll join the KYC team at Plata Card to analyze and optimize customer verification processes. You'll improve fraud detection efficiency and approval rates while balancing operational load. This role offers hands-on data analysis and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize KYC configurations for fraud detection
• Define logic for case creation for manual validation
• Perform data analysis using SQL to identify bottlenecks
• Formalize business processes and analytical requirements

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on data analysis experience
• Understanding of business and operational processes
• Experience with performance and quality metrics
