You will lead and manage a team of engineers to design, build, and scale Nextdoor's Ad Serving platform. You'll drive the technical strategy and execution, partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver value to advertisers of all sizes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the Ads infrastructure serving millions of users.

Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale infrastructure serving millions of users
• 3+ years leading teams to build engineering platforms and services at scale
• Ads domain expertise and tuned to industry trends
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team through recruiting and mentorship
• Own technical roadmap, architecture, and execution of Ads Serving platform deliverables
• Partner with engineers to design and build a scalable, reliable Ads Serving platform
• Ensure adserver compliance with platform guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build roadmap and support operations
