You'll own the operational success of strategic accounts at HONK, a leader in digital roadside assistance. You'll ensure seamless onboarding and long-term growth for enterprise clients while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role combines executive presence with operational rigor to deliver world-class client experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support teams with RFP responses and client engagement materials
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Sales and CS
• Maintain CRM hygiene across the go-to-market team
• Identify and improve slow or manual processes
• Partner cross-functionally on initiatives connecting multiple teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations
• Strong with data and reporting
• Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred
• Clear, confident writer for client-facing materials

• Comfortable working across Sales and Customer Success
