You will own the global sourcing strategy for the Mechanics category, building a resilient supplier network and driving value creation through technical leadership, supplier innovation, and team development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost, quality, and supplier excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or materials science
• Minimum 15 years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience
• Deep expertise in mechanics category (machining, sheet metal, plastic fabrication)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Architect a future-ready supply base with 3-5 year global category sourcing strategy
• Achieve year-over-year TCO reduction through technical value engineering
• Drive supplier-led innovation and establish joint development roadmaps
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing global sourcing team
• Manage end-to-end supplier relationships and ensure supply chain resilience
