Description
You will own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production of Starlink satellite components, driving volume manufacturing, new product introductions, and continuous improvements to quality and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or other engineering discipline
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing process, SMT, accelerated testing, design for reliability, or PCB design and layout
- High volume production experience preferred
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards preferred
- Experience with SQL, Python, Six Sigma preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production
- Drive volume production including manufacturing execution, nonconforming product management, and process control
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers and process specialists
- Manage work instructions, process documentation, and training
- Identify trends and optimize product output, quality, and cost
