Description

You will own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production of Starlink satellite components, driving volume manufacturing, new product introductions, and continuous improvements to quality and cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or other engineering discipline
  • 1+ years experience in manufacturing process, SMT, accelerated testing, design for reliability, or PCB design and layout
  • High volume production experience preferred
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production
  • Drive volume production including manufacturing execution, nonconforming product management, and process control
  • Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers and process specialists
  • Manage work instructions, process documentation, and training
  • Identify trends and optimize product output, quality, and cost
