Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on AI/ML, IP, and technology-related agreements
• Counsel product and engineering teams on AI compliance and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with AI Council on internal AI tools and product AI development
• Advise on open-source, data licensing, and software commercialization
• Balance legal risk with speed-to-market in technology transactions
