🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily crew operations and enforce safety standards.
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas and cables.
• Perform sweep, PIM, and fiber testing.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of wireless tower construction experience.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from accredited institution.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card (must obtain).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification.
• Experience with crew oversight.
