You'll lead a Pre-K classroom at Magical Beginnings, fostering kindergarten readiness and social-emotional growth. You'll create engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences while mentoring assistant teachers. This role blends strong academics with play and individualized support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Lead daily routines, small group, and whole group activities
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers
• Maintain child assessments and documentation
• Build family partnerships through consistent communication

📋 Requirements

• 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education
• 2+ years of preschool/pre-k classroom experience
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of child development

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
• NYS Teacher Certification (Birth–Grade 2)
• Experience with curriculum planning and child assessment tools
