Description

You will strengthen and expand Robinhood's Corporate Strategy and benchmarking capabilities by designing measurement frameworks, conducting deep-dive analyses, and building scalable data pipelines. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytics initiatives and making data more accessible across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark (PySpark, Spark SQL)
• Proficiency in building and optimizing ETL pipelines with Airflow or similar
• Experience building dashboards in Superset, Looker, or Tableau
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to scope and deliver analytics initiatives from metric definitions to automated reporting
• Design and maintain scalable pipelines and data models using Airflow and Spark
• Lead end-to-end development of analytics products from ingestion to visualization
• Build internal frameworks to make data more accessible and actionable
• Support competitive benchmarking to contextualize Robinhood's performance
