🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead MSO initiatives focused on provider activation, engagement, and performance improvement.
• Build and maintain the operating system for provider growth, including KPIs and dashboards.
• Diagnose breakdowns in provider onboarding and implement scalable solutions.
• Own ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Partner with leadership across Product, Analytics, Growth, and Provider Success.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, strategy, or provider-focused roles.
• Strong background in problem-solving and end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with provider networks, healthcare delivery systems, or value-based care models.
