You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a passionate team at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll drive customer engagement through promotions and social media while ensuring operational excellence.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotions and social media
• Manage operational tasks: payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds
