💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the opening team for a new café in Hakata area, starting at the existing Tenjin location. You'll deliver excellent hospitality and learn coffee skills at Blue Bottle Coffee. Barista fundamentals are taught from scratch, so no prior experience needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hospitality and serve coffee tailored to each guest's needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and support team for smooth café operations.
• Collaborate with team leader to improve café operations using internal resources.
• Share ideas with leaders and team to enhance the café experience.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for coffee and food hospitality.
• Positive and open communication in all situations.
• Willingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• No prior barista experience required.
