You'll partner with business leads to shape team structures and talent initiatives at Wave, helping make Africa the first cashless continent. Your core impact will be strengthening how we grow, support, and develop Wavers through performance coaching, talent management, and organizational design. This role stands out due to its combination of strategic thinking and hands-on HR delivery in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business leads to assess and evolve team structures
• Facilitate organization health reviews using people analytics
• Support performance review cycles, calibrations, and feedback conversations
• Manage internship and support rotation programs

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in HRBP, Recruiting, L&D, or Talent Management
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
• Fluency in French and English
• Hands-on operational experience in employee relations
