You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles at a fast-growing DataOps company. You'll partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and build scalable recruitment processes. This role offers a hybrid schedule in NYC and an equity component.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques
- Design and refine internal recruitment processes
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
- Deep understanding of GTM functions
- Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior startup experience
- Experience hiring enterprise sellers with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC background
