You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles at a fast-growing DataOps company. You'll partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and build scalable recruitment processes. This role offers a hybrid schedule in NYC and an equity component.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques
  • Design and refine internal recruitment processes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
  • Deep understanding of GTM functions
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior startup experience
  • Experience hiring enterprise sellers with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC background
