You'll manage and process payroll for approximately 1,000 employees in a multi-state organization, owning both bi-weekly and weekly payroll cycles. You'll ensure timely and accurate processing, resolve discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for ~1,000 employees
• Execute one small weekly payroll independently
• Process and audit employee updates in Wurk
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and issue manual checks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll for non-exempt hourly employees
• Understanding of multi-state wage and labor laws
• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Kronos, Wurk, or Greenhouse
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organization
