Description

You will lead a team of 6 engineers building an AI-first, cloud-native platform from scratch using enterprise-grade .NET on Azure. You'll drive technical direction, hire and develop engineers, and ensure high velocity and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the car purchasing experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
• At least 5 years of software engineering with advancing skills
• Comprehensive understanding of software craftsmanship and DevOps
• Experience creating available, scalable, low-latency global customer management systems
• Extensive experience with .NET and C#

Responsibilities

• Lead team in developing and operating customer experience platform, diving deep with internal partners to launch new products
• Hire and develop engineers, holding them to high standards
• Develop efficient processes for high velocity, quality, and ownership
• Focus team on increasing resiliency and uptime, decreasing blast radius of changes, tracking customer metrics
• Work with product, design, business, and operations teams to develop resilient solutions
