Description

You will provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video and in-person therapy. You will use short-term, evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT, and deliver culturally responsive care in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts license at master's or doctoral level
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• 1+ year post-license clinical experience
• Experience with CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE
• Own commercial or home office space for in-person sessions in Boston area

Responsibilities

• Treat adult clients using short-term evidence-based therapies
• Deliver culturally responsive care
• Build and maintain caseload with both virtual and in-person options
• Use feedback-informed care with standardized measures
• Collaborate with diverse clinical team
