🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard new vendor partners for soft home categories
• Manage supplier performance to improve quality and reduce costs
• Lead production capacity planning at supplier and product levels
• Expand and diversify supplier base to reduce risk

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in sourcing, merchandising, or category management in home soft goods
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for bedding, rugs, or mattresses
• Ability to build and scale vendor relationships in a growth environment
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
