- Create and maintain sales processes, playbooks, and documentation
- Develop and deliver onboarding and continuous education sessions for sales roles
- Build assessment strategies and scalable training programs
- Own data, analytics, and measurement of enablement programs
- Serve as subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies
