💼 About This Role

You'll own the vision, strategy, and product delivery for financial services/payroll products at Xero, acting as the regional product leader for EMEA/UK. You'll lead a large multidisciplinary team, driving commercial success and evolving the product roadmap. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product roadmap and prioritization
• Collaborate with design and engineering to transform ideas into launched products
• Lead and coach product leaders and their teams
• Drive user and competitive research to uncover customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience in people leadership of product teams
• Strong understanding of business software solutions
• Ability to assess commercial viability of products
