You'll join Jump to deliver top-tier ticketing support for sports clients, managing event setup, inventory, and real-time troubleshooting. You'll contribute to seamless fan experiences and help grow with a company transforming how teams connect with fans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to technical implementation of new clients
• Setup and configure ticketed events within Jump platform
• Process ticket operations requests including inventory and pricing
• Create and maintain operational documentation for internal and external use

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ticketing, live events, operations, or customer support
• Administrative experience with ticketing software and core operations concepts
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with digital platforms
• Clear communicator thriving in fast-paced collaborative environment
