Description

As a Software Development Engineer in Test on the Air Defense team, you will design and maintain automated test frameworks for mission-critical backend systems and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the quality and performance of our defense technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer focusing on backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks using Python, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced expertise in Linux including scripting, system configuration, and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for backend systems, APIs, and distributed components.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployments in secure cloud environments.
• Develop and execute test strategies including functional, integration, performance, and reliability testing.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of complete software stacks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues using Linux expertise, log analysis, and network debugging.
