You'll partner with Digital Native customers to drive value from ChatGPT and the OpenAI API, delivering technical demos and architecting solutions. Your work will directly shape AI adoption across industries. This role offers relocation assistance and a hybrid model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver pre-sales technical demos and architecture recommendations
• Create documentation, guides, and FAQs for common pre-sales questions
• Gather customer feedback and relay themes to product teams
• Handle security and compliance inquiries with standardized collateral

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a technical pre-sales role
• Full professional fluency in English
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles for B2B SaaS
• Experience with Python or Javascript and REST APIs

• Delivered prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions
• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
• Effective presenter able to communicate with senior leaders
