💼 About This Role

You'll lead the security strategy for the Philippines' most established crypto brand, Coins, ensuring compliance with global regulations and protecting over 18 million users. You'll build and manage a comprehensive security system covering cyber, physical, and digital asset security. This role offers the opportunity to shape security in a fully regulated crypto environment with both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement the company's long-term security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with global digital currency and payment security regulations.
• Manage digital asset security including cold/hot wallet and private key management.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of information security experience, including 5+ years as CSO or equivalent in a regulated fintech.
• Deep understanding of digital currency exchange and payment business models and security pain points.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity, blockchain security, and digital asset security management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
