Description

Own end-to-end M&A modeling, support capital raising (debt and equity), and drive FP&A processes. You will build financial models, produce investment memos, and partner with leadership to make high-impact decisions at a mission-driven healthcare startup.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance with transaction exposure
• Hands-on financial modeling for M&A and capital raising (debt and equity)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and executive-ready materials
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end M&A modeling workstreams from evaluation through diligence and recommendations
• Build and maintain financing models for capital raises (debt capacity, dilution, runway)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Own monthly performance reporting with variance analysis and KPI dashboards
• Partner with functional leaders to evaluate investments and track ROI
