Description

You will drive end-to-end UX concept development for Samsung's most forward-looking AI initiatives, shaping the future of the Galaxy ecosystem. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll design agentic interaction models, generative design systems, and multimodal experiences that redefine how users interact with AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Design, HCI or equivalent; Master's or PhD preferred
• 10+ years UX/Interaction Design/HCI experience with 3+ years focused on AI-powered experiences
• Demonstrated experience designing agentic or AI-native interfaces
• Hands-on knowledge of design system tokenization and generative UI principles
• Strong command of OS-level system UX design and cross-surface continuity

Responsibilities

• Lead UX concept development for Generative Design System investigations
• Define and prototype Agentic OS interaction models including intent-based navigation and multi-agent orchestration
• Translate complex AI system behaviors into human-centered interaction flows and design frameworks
• Develop strategy documents, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity concept visions
• Contribute to JTBD analysis, opportunity mapping, and product roadmap decisions
