💼 About This Role

You'll execute GMP analytical testing with increased independence, ensuring data integrity and operational reliability. This role is ideal for someone ready to mentor junior analysts while performing first-pass data review.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute routine QC assays per approved SOPs (HPLC, LC/MS, UV/Vis, etc.)
• Prepare and manage samples, reagents, standards, and controls
• Document all work accurately in compliance with GMP and GDP
• Conduct first-pass data checks for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in drafting deviations, nonconformances, or technical summaries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years experience in QC or regulated analytical laboratory
• Proficiency in at least two analytical platforms (HPLC, LC/MS, NGS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and data integrity principles

• Experience mentoring junior analysts
• Knowledge of method qualification or method transfer
• Familiarity with ALCOA+ principles
