Description

As a Client Success Manager at Life360, you will serve as the main point of contact for brand and agency clients, owning the relationship from insertion order to campaign completion. You will partner with Sales to retain and grow accounts, manage campaign launches, and present post-campaign reports to drive client success and retention.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience as account or media manager at ad agency, publisher, or adtech
• Interest in strategizing with and presenting to clients
• Experience analyzing data sets to extract insights
• Knowledge of digital media ecosystem and ad technologies
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own client relationship from insertion order to campaign completion
• Educate clients on native advertising and the Nativo platform
• Partner with Sales to retain and grow accounts
• Manage campaign-launch process and client relationships
• Assemble and present post-campaign reports with actionable insights
