🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants at all levels
• Manage nursing schedule, PTO requests, and daily coverage needs
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on performance and feedback
• Address team issues and customer concerns in real-time

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician in a clinical role
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg unassisted
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
