💼 About This Role

You'll bridge client strategy and development squads, managing delivery discipline across multiple teams while driving detailed product work like requirements and backlogs. This hybrid role requires one day per week in central Mexico City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, track, and manage risks across multiple squads
• Translate client strategy into backlogs, requirements, and roadmaps
• Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthroughs
• Provide hands-on product support as needed

📋 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in technology delivery
• At least 5 years managing teams of 5+ people
• Strong command of project management fundamentals
• C1+ English communication skills

• Experience in financial services
