Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping consumer-facing features
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of how to leverage AI-driven solutions to personalize consumer journeys
• Proven ability to balance consumer experience with business monetization in scaling emerging revenue products
• Ability to engage with engineers and designers to solve complex architectural and UX challenges

Responsibilities

• Define and drive consumer product strategy for Spotlight Listings and Agent Directory aligned with company goals and revenue objectives
• Lead development of new features to enhance consumer experience on listing pages, making promoted properties and agents stand out to high-intent buyers
• Collaborate with client product, design, engineering, data science, and sales teams on roadmaps and execution of monetization-focused features
• Use consumer feedback and marketplace data to shape product strategies and drive experimentation
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring performance benchmarks for new revenue streams
