You'll build customer-facing features for Vanta's trust management platform, working on teams like Activation or Third Party Risk Management. Your work will directly impact business growth and help clients onboard faster and evaluate vendor security. You'll lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and contribute to a rapidly-scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to roadmap development and planning alongside EM & PM
• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers
• Collaborate on cross-cutting engineering initiatives
• Mentor engineers up to your own level

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack experience with backend emphasis
• Experience leading teams of engineers on large projects
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products
• Ability to build 0→1 products and solve large scale problems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Typescript
• Open to using AI to amplify skills
• Prior security experience not required
