Description

You will own the global startup pipeline for Healthcare and Life Science AI startups, building relationships with venture capital firms and accelerators while driving adoption of Nebius' startup program. This role involves sourcing high-potential AI startups, co-creating value-added initiatives, and acting as a connector between the startup community and internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Healthcare or Life Sciences VC, partnerships, business development, or sales GTM
• Deep understanding of Healthcare/Life Science VC and startup dynamics
• Proven ability to drive qualified pipeline growth through partnerships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with AI and cloud computing landscape

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare & Life Science VC firms and accelerators
• Source, qualify, and onboard high-potential AI startups into the global startup program
• Design and execute tailored partner initiatives and enablement resources
• Track KPIs including lead generation, startup acquisition, and revenue contribution
• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution
