💼 About This Role

You'll join Passport's operations team to improve international shipping efficiency. You'll identify and resolve shipment exceptions, remove production bottlenecks, and drive process improvements across the Origin Processing Center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage FiC exceptions and undeliverable returns
• Resolve shipment mis-sorts and routing errors
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation rejects
• Identify and remove daily production bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or operations
• Experience with sortation and routing systems
• Ability to analyze exception data for root causes
• Proficiency in data entry and reporting tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce fulfillment
• Knowledge of international shipping customs
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
