- 5+ years in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing in SaaS
- Experience designing omnichannel behavior-triggered campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and derive insights

- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Looker/Tableau
- Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization
- Strong copywriting skills with behavioral understanding
