You'll keep Swift Solar's lab running smoothly on the night shift, performing hands-on maintenance and service support for deposition tools and process equipment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of deposition tools and process equipment
• Diagnose and address vacuum leaks, pump concerns, and mechanical faults
• Support restarts of vacuum systems and tools, review metrology results
• Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment like compressors and gloveboxes

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of equipment maintenance experience in vacuum deposition or semiconductor manufacturing
• Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems (high and low voltage)
• Working understanding of vacuum chamber pumping including mechanical, turbo, and cryogenic pumps
• General EHS/safety knowledge and ability to identify safety concerns

• Hands-on experience with thin-film vacuum systems or inline deposition equipment
• Familiarity with sputtering, evaporation, or ALD thin-film processes
• Experience in a startup or high-mix manufacturing environment
