You will provide front-line support to the sales organization, handling inquiries, maintaining data health, performing research, and enabling Account Executives with data-driven decisions. This role offers practical sales operations experience and exposure to industry-leading sales methodology.

Requirements

• Graduate degree with 2.5+ years sales operations experience preferred
• Good Salesforce knowledge and understanding of key objects
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Demand Tools, and research databases (ZoomInfo, InsideView)
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Macros, and SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills

Responsibilities

• Data maintenance and cleanup initiatives (Account Hierarchy, merging accounts/contacts)
• Front-line/Tier-1 Support for Sales via Case Queue
• User Administration: activating new users, deactivating departing users
• Configuration/setup tasks in Salesforce.com and sales tools
• Build Pipeline Generation research reports and identify new accounts
