Description

You will lead the modeling strategy for ML Bots across multiple games, developing autonomous agents using reinforcement learning and imitation learning. You'll define evaluation frameworks, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create compelling player experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years delivering ML systems in production with RL or imitation learning
• Proven ability to design modeling strategies adopted across multiple products
• Expertise in developing features from gameplay telemetry or simulation data
• Experience with on-/off-policy RL, policy gradients, behavior shaping
• Track record of incorporating responsible AI and UX best practices
