💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate telephony services for Stuut's AI-driven accounts receivable platform, bridging traditional telephony with realtime voice and AI pipelines. Your work will directly determine call quality, transfer success, and business outcomes for Fortune 10 to mid-market clients. This is the first dedicated voice infrastructure hire, defining how we build AI-powered business communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate SIP trunking, carrier integrations, and call routing at scale
• Bridge traditional telephony with realtime voice infrastructure and AI pipelines
• Build outbound calling, inbound routing, warm transfer, and voicemail workflows
• Instrument voice workflows to measure answer rates and transfer success

📋 Requirements

• Experience with SIP, RTP, and PSTN connectivity
• Distributed systems building in Go, Python, C, or C++
• Experience with WebRTC or realtime media platforms
• Debugging across protocols and packet-level issues
