🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 Account Managers
- Conduct joint sales calls with Account Managers for key customer development
- Identify and develop 15–20 strategic target accounts in fluid power industries
- Drive key company initiatives and vendor-supported growth strategies
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling hydraulic systems and value-added services
- 3 years of sales leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity
- Strong understanding of fluid power systems and applications
